Ok, so as of this posting, Stratasfear Productions’ very own home at stratasfear.com has officially entered BETA mode.

Not all the content is up – obviously evident by the broken section links midway down the page – but it’s a definite start.

I think I’ve got the core stuff working on here now along with some new goodies:

  • First off the blog posts are working properly, which is more than I can say for the old site….
  • Along with that we also now have working RSS – which I’m in the process of linking around the web to all the various Stratasfear and Tridia profiles. (I’ll post a link so you can subscribe to our RSS shortly)
  • The “current distractions” footers, as I like to call them feature a neat rollover effect now – still have to edit that footer so it’s spaced properly though
  • Latest Video is up in the header section as it should be, though I’m gonna look into a workaround so it’ll auto update each time I update the Stratasfear Productions YouTube account
  • It is joined by the Tridia music player in the header – this one is temporary, courtesy of ReverbNation, but it’ll do for now until I can find the time to build one myself.
  • The About and Contact pages are working for rudimentary info/communication
  • The Twitter widget works….finally. Not being able to access the old code kinda put a damper on that development as it took me a few hours to track down something similar (and yet better) to what I had before.
  • I suppose that’s a good summary of what’s working so far.

While you’re here, feel free to take a look around. I’ve got a lot in the pipeline right now that’ll be slowly trickling up here piece by piece, but if you have any suggestions/ideas/comments please by all means drop me a line (twitter me, comment on this post, shoot me an email, whatev’s)
